We meet you at arrivals with a name board, help with immediate practicalities (cash machines, local taxis, phone data, basic safety points) and drive you directly to your accommodation. On the way we can give you a quick verbal map of the city so you know where the Old Town, Jewish Quarter and other key areas sit in relation to your hotel.

What to expect

Many guests combine this with planning for their touring days – we can talk through the options for Auschwitz, Płaszów and other sites so you leave the car with a clear plan for your time in Poland.

This is a hosted experience in a private vehicle – not a large coach tour. At memorials and museums you walk independently at your own pace, with a map and suggested route, while we handle timings, entry and logistics.
